THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ADMINISTRATION AND MANAGEMENT MODEL ON THE CENTER OF VOCATIONAL MANPOWER NETWORKING

Abstract

The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the components of the Administration and Management Model of the Center of Vocational Manpower (CVM) Networking and 2) to develop and evaluate the suitability of the Administration and Management Model of the CVM Networking. The research findings have been as follows. 1) Concerning the components of the Administration and Management Model of the CVM Networking, the model consists of 4 major components and 11 minor components as follows: 1) Participatory Management including 1.1) Personnel Management, 1.2) Budget Management, 1.3) Budget Administration, and 1.4) Development of a Management Control System; 2) Planning, Control, and Monitoring, including 2.1) Setting of Project Guidelines and Plans, 2.2) Setting of Guidelines for Managing the Network Management Center, and 2.3) Development of an Operation Control and Monitoring System; 3) Promotion and Development including 3.1) Development of Curriculum and Information System for Administration and 3.2) Development of Curriculum and Information System for Management; and 4) Data Management and Evaluation, including 4.1) Development of a Database of Establishments and 4.2) Setting of Guidelines for Evaluating Vocational Competency in Work; and The overall management model for the Center of Vocational Manpower Networking is appropriate at the highest level.
