FACTORS AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF MEDICAL TREATMENT AND REHABILITATION POLICY IMPLEMENTATION, DEPARTMENT OF MEDICAL SERVICES

The purposes of this research were to study the effectiveness of medical treatment and rehabilitation policy implementation, Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health, and to study the factors effectiveness of medical treatment and rehabilitation policy implementation, Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health. The research findings revealed that the level of the medical treatment and rehabilitation policy implementation, Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health was high. The hypothesis testing found that economy, society, and politics conditions factor, implementing characteristic of organization factor, and purposes and standard of policy factor affected on the effectiveness of medical treatment and rehabilitation policy implementation, Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health. In addition, 50.0% of the variation of the effectiveness of medical treatment and rehabilitation policy implementation, Department of Medical Services, Ministry of Public Health could be explained by the above variables.
