The main objective of this research is to study the various factors affecting the success or failure of the implementation of the policy, namely the suppression of violations of the Trademark Act (1991), by collecting data from 162 officials of the Economic Crime Suppression Division. The results of the research found that leadership, related laws, and integration are factors that have a cause-effect relationship with the results of policy implementation, with management and the environment as mediate factors. Therefore, the agency needs to pay attention to these factors as well.
