Abstract

The objectives of this studies were, 1) to studies factors operation of unit correlating operations integrity and transparency by stakeholders in Nakae hospital, Nakhon Phanom. And 2) to apply a research results to development and improvement the operations qualities of Nakae hospital, Nakhon Phanom. Using accidental sampling techniques. The research Instrument were questionnaires. The data analysis and statistics were percentage, mean, standard deviation. The research results were found that, external stakeholders, with opinions score to operation of unit on the whole was at a high level. When considered each in terms it was found that, integrity with the highest mean was at a high level, followed by non-corruption with mean was at a high level, and last was accountability with the mean was at a high level, respectively. For internal stakeholders with opinions score to operation of unit on the whole was at a high level. When considered each in terms it was found that, Integrity with the highest mean was at a high level, followed by non-corruption with mean was at a high level, and last was organizational culture with the mean was at a high level, respectively.
