The Causal and Effect of Creative Work Behavior

The objective of this research study was to the causal model of Creative Work Behavior to empirical investigate of antecedents and consequences. Through literature reviews, document analysis, under the concept of 3 basic theories: Dynamic competence theory, Situational Decision Theory, Social exchange theory. it was found that organization supportiveness and work motivation effects to creative work behavior consist of opportunity seeking behavior, initiative behavior, thought leadership behavior and application behavior. Which had positive to task performance.
