Abstract

This study has the objectives to 1. study the logistics and supply chain of the producer groups in the view of the consumers and related agents, 2. to study the consumer satisfaction to the logistics management and supply chain that cause the repeatedly buying, 3. to study the development process for the logistics ability and the supply chain of the producer groups, 4. to summarize the development process for the logistics ability and the supply chain of the Nutmeg products. The sample groups are divided in to 5 groups. The research contains both qualitative and quantitative method. The quantitative method selected the 400 consumers and utilize the formula of Cochran defining the errors at 0.05, and 100 qualitative samples of the community group, entrepreneurs, and community leader/ government officials by interviewing and focus group. The analysis method consists of 1. to analyze the descriptive statistics using frequency, percentage, means, and standard deviation, 2. the in-depth interview and focus group of the related agents to obtain the data of the development product process having the standardized quality directly to the consumer need, 3. the data analysis by reference statistics, 4. the qualitative and quantitative data analysis to summarize the results and having the meeting of related agents to find the development process of logistics and supply chain to obtain the standardized quality and be able to expand the market widely. The analysis of the relation between logistics and supply chain with the satisfaction shows that the production source makes the community to be developed and the satisfaction to the logistics is in the medium level. The entrepreneurs have high satisfaction and the community leader has medium satisfaction. The opinions of the readiness and the development process of the consumers are mostly statistically significant at 0.05. Moreover, the communities suggested that the logistics management should be improved and develop to have more several patterns including increasing the selling channel and strengthening the producers to be sustainable for selling and expanding to the international.
