The Opinion about Coup D'etat of Social Science Graduate Students, Kasetsart University

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the level of opinion about coup d'etat of social science graduate students, Kasetsart University and to compare factors affected such opinion. The sample of this research consisted of 283 Social Sciences graduate students, Kasetsart University. A questionnaire was used to collect information from 283 samples. Statistical tool employed were percentage, mean, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient. The statistical level of significance was set at 0.05 The research found out that the level of opinion of the students was moderate. The factor which affected their opinion was sex. For age, place of birth, occupation and income were the factors which did not cause any difference in the opinion. However knowledge about democracy had reverse relationship with the opinion about coup d'etat of social science graduate students, Kasetsart University.
