Quality of Work Life of Thambon Khlong 4th Administrative Organization Officers, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the level of the quality of work life of Thambon Khlong 4th Administrative Organization Officers, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani. The researcher compared the level of the quality of work life based on personal factors. Study the relationship between the job satisfaction and the quality of work life and to study the relationship between the leadership and the quality of work life. The samples were 136 of Thambon Khlong 4th Administrative Organization Officers, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani. The data was collected by using questionnaires and analyzed by using computer program. Statistical tools were Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient at the 0.05 level of significance. The result of this research found that the quality of work life of Thambon Khlong 4th Administrative Organization Officers, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani is in a moderate level. Considering the personal factors, the research result found that the differences of gender, age, education level, work position and working experience had no effect to the quality of working life. However, the job satisfaction has significantly related to the quality of working life amongst these officers. But difference in the leadership showed no correlation with the quality of work life.
