Abstract

This academic article aimed to study about preparation for The competency development of truck drivers for support ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and study which are very important in order to develop on truck drivers' s competency for support ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The aimed of this academic article was conducted by innovation of logistics. From the objective, Researcher aimed to present the important possibilities on based approach to development of competence human's transportation and logistics series. Preparation for the competency development of truck drivers are innovation's management of human development aimed to competence human development with knowledge, skill and attributes in work's performance because human resources are based approach to country development. If the quality, integrity and good ethics. Developing countries will be the most efficient as well. Study and preparation of competence human development is educated another key mechanism in the human development's dimension including enhancing the professional, well-being, promoting poverty problem and led to the creation of a sustainable workforce in the future.
