Quality of Work Life of Personnel in Bangrakpattana Subdistrict Administration Organization, Bang Bua Thong, Nonthaburi

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate and compare quality of life of personnel in Bangrakpattana Subdistrict Administration Organization, Bang Bua Thong, Nonthaburi. The questionnaires were used. The data was collected from 167 Bangrakpattana Subdistrict Administration Organization officers and analyzed by computer program for frequency, percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA with significant level of 0.05 The results showed that the population group has overall Quality of life at moderate level. The quality of life covered 8 aspects: adequate and fair compensation, safe and healthy, growth and security, development of human capacities, social integration, corganizational charter, total life space and social relevance. Hypothesis test result showed that gender related to quality of life of personnel in Bangrakpattana Subdistrict Administration Organization, Bang Bua Thong, Nonthaburi but it did not relate to Age work duration and type of work significantly.
