Abstract

This research is to study about factors of the Army Color TV Channel7 (Channel 7) image towards the audiences around Bangkok Metropolitan Area. There are three purposes of the research; first, to study about the difference of personal factors of the audiences. Second purpose is to study about internal factors of the audiences. Third purpose is to study about external factors of the audiences. The result of research has shown that among the personal factors; which consists of gender, age, status, education and income; gender has affected to the audiences’ perception in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Second, the internal factor; which consisted of staff, achievement, advertisement and marketing public relations, the result has shown that the staff and achievement have effected to factors of the Channel 7’s image of the audiences’ perception in Bangkok Metropolitan Area. Third, the external factor that consisted of society, types of TV programs, TV plays and technologies have affected to the factors of the Channel 7’s image towards the audiences’ perception around Bangkok Metropolitan Area.
