Satisfaction of People on the Service Quality of PTT Station: A Case Study PTT Station, Pak Kret, Nonthaburi

The objectives of this thesis were to study of the level of people satisfaction on the service quality of PTT gas stations at Pak Kret, Nonthaburi and to the comparison of the level of people satisfaction on the service quality by criteria of personal factors. The research samples were 400 people, who visited PTT gas stations at Pak Kret, Nonthaburi. The questionnaire was used for collecting the data and statistical approach such as One-Way ANOVA and hypothesis test with t-test and F-test were used for analysis the data by using .05 significant level. The research results showed that the level of people satisfaction on criteria of convenience service, staff manner, service coordination, service quality and service cost were high level and criterion of service information was medium level. The hypothesis tests showed that the difference of people gender, people age, type of service, type of fuel product, type of additional service and average payment per each service were not effect on difference level of people satisfaction on service quality but the different of arrival time, type of vehicle and the number of visit per week were effect on difference level of people satisfaction on service quality at significant level of .05, which according to research assumptions.
