การบริหารจัดการระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยของท่าอากาศยานนานาชาติ: กรณีศึกษาเปรียบเทียบสนามบินนานาชาติลอสแอนเจลิสกับสนามบินนานาชาติสุวรรณภูมิ

Abstract

The statistic showed that traveling by air is much safer way than by car or by boat, however, whenever accident occurred that involved airplane is costly and prudential loss of life and property much more for each incident than any another form of accident. This researcher intent to research, study and compare the different that affected the management of security system between Los Angeles International Airport and Suvannaphumi International Airport. The result of this research would benefit Suvarnaphumi International Airport, Airport Authority of Thailand Company, and country of Thailand. The information are gathering from intensive research from internet, books, library, working experience, observation, participation, questionnaire, and face to face interview with professional in the field of airport safety, police officer, security officer and airport employees. The study discovered that government should change the law and policy to protect the security officer in perform of his or her duty and empower security officer with more authority to manage day to day operation that affect the airport security and allocate budget for training to the satisfactory level equal or above to the police officer standard and the training should be practical when apply to the real situation in the field.
