Abstract

This article aims to study the institutionalization development level and factor affecting the institutionalization development of Local Administration Organization of Khonkaen Municipality, Khonkaen province. Used quantitative research method, a questionnaire collected data for analysis of 200 samples, and a statistical software packages were used. The results showed that the Khonkaen Municipality has the institutionalization development level of Local Administration Organization in the medium, and has factor of education, occupation, income, and a member of various group in Local Administration Organization were associated with institutionalization development level of Local Administration Organization at the statistical significance of 0.05.
