The study was designed to develop the internal supervision model of Phrapariyattidham Schools in General Education group 8. The methodology of the study consisted of four steps: 1) set up the conceptual frame work on internal supervision in Phrapariyattidham Schools; 2) analyzing the documents concerning the internal supervision in Phrapariyattidham Schools; 3) construction the model of internal supervision in Phrapariyattidham Schools; 4) evaluating the model of internal supervision in Phrapariyattidham Schools. The study samples were 105 schools teachers and administrators who were working on internal supervision in Phrapariyattidham Schools which were select by proportional sampling, and the 21 experts which were selected by snowball sampling. The analysis of the data was accomplished by percentage, mean, standard deviation, median and interquartile range. Based upon the findings of the study, it was concluded that: The internal supervision model in Phrapariyattidham Schools, general division, group 8 consisted of three steps eight main factors and thirty-two sub factors as follows: 1) Set up an internal supervision plan in schools which consisted of two main factors and nine sub factors. 2) Set up the practical supervision which consisted of three main factors and eleven sub factors. 3) Evaluating an internal supervision in schools which consisted of three main factors and twelve sub factors
