This research aims to 1) study the desired army leadership model of the commissioned officers in RTA hospitals is relevant to the theoretical model of international army leadership and 2) study the desired army leadership of the commissioned officers in Royal Thai Army (RTA) Hospitals. The sample group was 350 people, calculated by Yamane formula at .05. The data were analyzed by the Frequency, Means, Percentages, S.D., T-Test, One-Way ANOVA, and LSD. The result found that 1) the desired army leadership model of the commissioned officers in RTA hospitals was relevant to the theoretical model of international army leadership was (1) to focus on creating leadership toward morality and ethics (2) to create personality and (3) to focus on protect the monarchy and the public interests 2) the level of the desired army leadership of the commissioned officers in Royal Thai Army Hospitals over all was high which the theoretical model of international army leadership aspect was the highest means level, the second is the Army doctrine and code of ethics and the least was the attitude of the commissioned officers in RTA hospitals respectively, 3) The sample groups that had the different education level was not significant and the sample groups that had the different gender and experience were not significant either; except the difference of the personal healthy wellness which affected statistically significant at 0.5, and 4) the sample groups that had the different ranks affected the desired leadership of the commissioned officers in RTA hospitals statistically significant at 0.5 except army doctrine and code of ethics , and the theoretical model of international army leadership were not significant.
