As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Thai Journal of Clinical Psychology is published by the Thai Clinical Psychologist Association. The aim is to publish high quality research paper in clinical psychology, psychotherapy, psychometrics and other fields, psychiatry, mental health, neuropsychology, forensic psychology, and other similar sciences. The targets are clinical psychologist, psychologist, physician, nurse, multidispreinary, teacher, professor, student, scholar and researcher.  The journal is published as a periodical, with three issues annually in April, August, and December, and is distributed both within Thailand and overseas.

Contributions to the journal can be mad as either a research article or a review article 1) A research article present new knowledge and issues discovered from research original conducted by the authors. 2) A review article elaborates on particular matter grouped from scholarly analysis and synthesis, with accurate references, of a wide range of season, including theories, concepts and research publications. (It will be assumed that submitted manuscripts have not been published elsewhere, and they are not currently being considered by another journal)

Responsibility for contents is the authors. Reviewed manuscripts do not represent the opinion or the responsibility of the editorial board and the Thai Clinical Psychologist Association.

Review process: the editorial board reserves the right to review each manuscript as appropriate. All manuscripts will be reviewed by three recognized peers. Authors will be informed by requirement to revise the manuscript. Appropriate comment from reviewers and editors will be appended.

Time: from initial submission to publication normally takes approximately two months.

Publication and access charges:  Authors need to pay a handling fee for publishing with the Thai Journal of Clinical Psychology (TJCP). Process of Submission: 1) Prepare manuscript following the TJCP template and guide for authors, 2) submit your manuscript on SUBMISSION 3) Wait for confirmation e-mail, If the format is incorrect, manuscript will be returned to author. If correct, the payment process is informed, 4) After receiving your payment, plagiarism, quality of manuscript and English language will be roughly check and peer review will be proceed on.
