บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทบทวนและสังเคราะห์หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์เกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือของผู้ปกครองในการรักษาเด็กออทิสติก
วัสดุและวิธีการ การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือของผู้ปกครองในการรักษาเด็กออทิสติกที่ตีพิมพ์ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 2020-2024 จากฐานข้อมูลทางอินเตอร์เน็ต 8 แห่ง ได้แก่ 1) AccessMedicine 2) Cambridge Core 3) CEIC 4) EBSCO 5) Emerald 6) McGraw-Hill 7) Scopus และ 8) Wiley โดยสืบค้นตามแนวทาง PICo และกำหนดค่าในการค้นหาแบบ Boolean จากนั้นคัดเลือกบทความซ้ำออก พิจารณาตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า-ออก ประเมินคุณภาพบทความด้วย The Critical Appraisal Skills Programme และสกัดข้อมูลด้วยการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษา งานวิจัยที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกมีจำนวน 18 บทความ สกัดข้อมูลพบ 3 ปัจจัยหลักที่ส่งผลต่อความร่วมมือของผู้ปกครองคือ 1) ปัจจัยด้านผู้ปกครอง พบว่าสุขภาพจิตของผู้ปกครองมีผลกระทบต่อความร่วมมือในการรักษา โดยผู้ปกครองที่มีสุขภาพจิตดี มีทักษะการจัดการกับอารมณ์ ทักษะการจัดการปัญหา และมีความยืดหยุ่นทางจิตใจจะมีส่วนร่วมในการรักษา ทำให้การรักษามีประสิทธิภาพ ขณะที่ความเครียดและความวิตกกังวลทำให้ความร่วมมือในการรักษาลดลง 2) ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว ผู้ปกครองที่มาจากครอบครัวที่มีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐานะมักจะให้ความร่วมมือในการรักษา การวินิจฉัยและการเข้าไปส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในผู้ปกครองตั้งแต่ระยะเริ่มแรกจะทำให้เกิดการร่วมมือรักษาต่อเนื่อง และ 3) ปัจจัยทางสังคม การสนับสนุนทางสังคมแก่ผู้ปกครองและเด็กช่วยเสริมสร้างความรู้สึกเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของชุมชน บริการสาธารณสุขที่มีคุณภาพทำให้ผู้ปกครองมีความเชื่อมั่นในการรักษา สัมพันธภาพระหว่างผู้บำบัดส่งผลดีต่อสุขภาพจิตของผู้ปกครอง และโปรแกรมสนับสนุนทำให้ผู้ปกครองเกิดความร่วมมือในการรักษามากยิ่งขึ้น
สรุป ปัจจัยด้านผู้ปกครอง ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว และปัจจัยทางสังคมประกอบกันทำให้เกิดความร่วมมือของผู้ปกครองในการรักษาเด็กออทิสติก
