Technological changes play a role in all sectors, especially educational institutions. Therefore, it is a great challenge for administrators to adjust their management principles in line with the digital age so that they can adapt to all changing situations of digital technology. This academic article analyzes corporate culture and school management in the digital age by using theories and concepts about corporate culture and school management to analyze together with changes in the digital age in the context of corporate culture and school management in the digital age. From the analysis, there are recommendations on corporate culture and educational institution management in the digital age. Educational institution administrators in the digital age need to understand three important factors: 1) corporate culture, 2) technology, and 3) educational institution management in the digital age. Educational institutions in the digital age need to have an appropriately integrated corporate culture and adjust their organizational culture to keep up with technology by applying technology to their operations. They also need to adapt to the changing situations and contexts of education in order for the educational institution management system in all four areas: academics, budget, personnel, and general administration to be efficient and effective, which will enable educational institutions to achieve their organizational goals and respond to future education in order to be an important force in national development.
