ยกระดับการรู้สารสนเทศด้วยการบูรณาการปัญญาประดิษฐ์ในชั้นเรียน

บทความนี้มุ่งศึกษาการบูรณาการปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (Artificial Intelligence : AI) เข้ากับกรอบการรู้สารสนเทศในบริบทการศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษา โดยการศึกษาเอกสาร และตัวอย่างการนำมาใช้ในชั้นเรียนของมหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณโดยอาศัยกรอบแนวคิดการรู้สารสนเทศของสมาคมห้องสมุดวิทยาลัยและวิจัยแห่งสหรัฐอเมริกา (Association of College and Research Libraries – ACRL) เป็นฐานในการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบการเรียนรู้ บทความครอบคลุมประเด็นสำคัญ ได้แก่ การเปลี่ยนแปลงของการเรียนรู้ในยุค AI ความเชื่อมโยงความฉลาดรู้เรื่องปัญญาประดิษฐ์กับการรู้สารสนเทศ จริยธรรมการใช้ AI และการประยุกต์ใช้ AI ในวิชารายวิชา 0106234 โดยใช้กิจกรรม “การเขียนบทวิจารณ์หนังสือ” เป็นเครื่องมือในการพัฒนาทักษะการรู้สารสนเทศควบคู่กับการใช้ AI อย่างมีวิจารณญาณ ทั้งในด้านการสืบค้นข้อมูล การประเมินความน่าเชื่อถือ การออกแบบคำสั่งสำหรับ AI (Prompt) และการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ นอกจากนี้ ยังวิเคราะห์ความสอดคล้องระหว่างกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้กับ ACRL Framework ทั้ง 6 ด้าน เพื่อแสดงให้เห็นศักยภาพของ AI ในการสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้เชิงลึก จุดเด่นของบทความอยู่ที่การเสนอแนวคิดการรู้เท่าทันสารสนเทศในยุคที่ปัญญาประดิษฐ์เป็นตัวกลางในการค้นหา คัดกรอง และสังเคราะห์ข้อมูล ซึ่งเน้นให้ผู้เรียนไม่เพียงใช้ AI เป็นเครื่องมือ แต่สามารถควบคุม ตรวจสอบ และใช้เทคโนโลยีอย่างมีจริยธรรมและความรับผิดชอบ อันเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการพัฒนาผู้เรียนและวิชาชีพบรรณารักษ์ให้สอดคล้องกับสังคมฐานความรู้ในยุคดิจิทัลอย่างยั่งยืน
