การใช้สมาร์ตโฟนกับปัญหาพัฒนาการของเด็กและวัยรุ่น

บทคัดย่อ
สมาร์ตโฟนได้เข้ามามีบทบาทสำคัญต่อการดำเนินชีวิตของคนทุกช่วงวัย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นเด็ก วัยรุ่น ผู้ใหญ่หรือ ผู้สูงอายุ ต่างก็ใช้สมาร์ตโฟนมาเป็นผู้ช่วยในการดำเนินชีวิตประจำวัน แต่อย่างไรก็ตามสำหรับเด็กและวัยรุ่นแล้วนั้น สมาร์ตโฟนไม่ได้นำมาซึ่งผลกระทบทางด้านดีเท่านั้น แต่ยังนำมาซึ่งผลกระทบทางด้านลบอีกมากมาย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผลกระทบต่อปัญหาพัฒนาการในด้านต่าง ๆ ของเด็กและวัยรุ่น ไม่ว่าจะเป็นทางด้านร่างกาย เช่น ปัญหาพัฒนาการของกล้ามเนื้อมัดใหญ่และกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก ด้านสติปัญญา เช่น ปัญหาสมาธิสั้น และปัญหาการทำงานของทักษะสมองส่วนหน้าที่ลดลง รวมถึงด้านอารมณ์และสังคม เช่น ปัญหาเรื่องการจัดการอารมณ์ไม่เหมาะสม หุนหันพลันแล่น ปัญหาสัมพันธภาพกับเพื่อนและคนรอบข้างบกพร่อง เป็นต้น ซึ่งพัฒนาการต่าง ๆ เหล่านี้ ถือเป็นรากฐานที่สำคัญของชีวิต ดังนั้น บทความนี้จึงเขียนขึ้นเพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลที่สำคัญอีกด้านหนึ่งของปัญหาการใช้สมาร์ตโฟนที่มีผลต่อพัฒนาการดังกล่าว เพื่อให้พ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองตระหนักรู้ข้อมูลอย่างรอบด้าน และจะได้นำไปใช้ในการดูแลบุตรหลานเกี่ยวกับการใช้สมาร์ตโฟนได้อย่างเหมาะสมต่อไป
