บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาอิทธิพลของลักษณะยึดติดความสมบูรณ์แบบที่มีต่อภาวะการคิดว่าตนเองไม่เก่งของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี โดยมีความเมตตาต่อตนเองเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่าน วัสดุและวิธีการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกชั้นปีที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทย จำนวน 366 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีสุ่มตามสะดวก เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบวัดความโน้มเอียงเป็นผู้นิยมความสมบูรณ์แบบ แบบวัดความเมตตากรุณาต่อตนเอง และแบบวัดการรับรู้ภาพลักษณ์ผู้มีภูมิรู้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง (Path Analysis) และวิธีการบูตสแตรป (Bootstrap Method) ผลการศึกษา จากการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล พบว่า ความเมตตาต่อตนเองมีบทบาทเป็นตัวแปรส่งผ่านแบบบางส่วน (Partial Mediation) ในความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างลักษณะยึดติดความสมบูรณ์แบบและภาวะการคิดว่าตนเองไม่เก่งของนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สรุป ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่านักศึกษาที่มีความเมตตาต่อตนเองจะมีแนวโน้มของภาวะการคิดว่าตนเองไม่เก่งในระดับต่ำแม้ว่านักศึกษาจะมีลักษณะยึดติดความสมบูรณ์แบบก็ตาม ความเมตตาต่อตนเองจึงเป็นคุณลักษณะหนึ่งที่ควรมีการส่งเสริมให้แก่นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี
