การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กสำหรับเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางร่างกายหรือการเคลื่อนไหวหรือสุขภาพ โดยใช้กิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์ กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นผู้เรียนศูนย์การศึกษาพิเศษ ประจำจังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด บุคคลที่มีความบกพร่องทางร่างกายหรือการเคลื่อนไหวหรือสุขภาพ หน่วยบริการโพนทอง ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวนผู้เรียน 6 คน เพศชาย 5 คน เพศหญิง 1 คน ช่วงอายุ 4 - 8 ปี โดยเลือกแบบเจาะจงแบบกลุ่มตัวอย่างเดี่ยว(Single Subject Design) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ และแบบประเมินความสามารถกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กสำหรับเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางร่างกายหรือการเคลื่อนไหวหรือสุขภาพ โดยใช้สถิติค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
การพัฒนาความสามารถกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็กสำหรับเด็กที่มีความบกพร่องทางร่างกายหรือการเคลื่อนไหวหรือสุขภาพ โดยใช้กิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์ ทั้งหมดจำนวน 6 คน มีพัฒนาการความสามารถกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก โดยใช้กิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์ 1) ด้านความคล่องแคล่วในการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก 2) ด้านความยืดหยุ่นในการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก 3) ด้านความสามารถในการควบคุมในการใช้กล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก และ 4) ด้านการประสานสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมือกับตา ผลที่เกิดจากการพัฒนาความสามารถกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก โดยใช้กิจกรรม พบว่าความสามารถกล้ามเนื้อมัดเล็ก โดยใช้กิจกรรมศิลปะสร้างสรรค์ มีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้นทุกคน
