บทคัดย่อ

  The present study aimed 1) to study the degree of administrators’ leadership under the local administration organizations in Mueang Nong Khai district, Nong Khai province 2) to study the degree of working stress of employees under the local administration organizations in Mueang Nong Khai district, Nong Khai province, 3) to compare working stress of employees under the local administration organizations in Mueang Nong Khai district, Nong Khai province depending on personal characteristics, and 4) to study the relationship among leadership and working stress of employees.

The sample of the study was 351 comprised of officials, educational staff, and employees under the local administration organizations in Mueang Nong Khai district, Nong Khai province. The instrument used was the questionnaire with 5 rating scales. The data were analyzed using frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, t-test, and One -Way ANOVA (F-test). The results of the study reveal that;

       1) The results of degree related to leadership of administrators under the local administration organizations in Mueang Nong Khai district, Nong Khai province revealed that overall rated in moderate level (= 3.34), when considered into each aspect pointed out that autocratic leader rated in more level (= 4.41), anarchic leader rated in moderate level (= 3.40), and the democratic leader rated in low level (= 2.21).

       2) The results degree related to working stress of employees under the local administration organizations in Mueang Nong Khai district, Nong Khai province revealed that overall working stress rated in low level (= 1.33), when considered into each aspect yielded that all aspects also rated in low level.

       3) The results of comparison working stress of employees under the local administration organizations in Mueang Nong Khai district, Nong Khai province depending on each personal characteristics revealed that gender aspect pointed out that male had stress more than female significantly at .01 statistics level, age aspect, level of education salary, length of working and position aspect revealed that all aspect were difference significantly at .01 statistics level, when considered into each aspect yielded that each personal characteristics  were also difference significantly at .01 statistics level.

       4) Leadership was uncorrelated with working stress of employees. Relationship of leadership analysis revealed that anarchic leader was the highest, the democratic leader and the autocratic leader respectively.
