แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียน ในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม

การวิจัยครั้งนี้นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม และ 2) ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม การวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ระยะ ตามวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยดังนี้ ระยะที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบัน สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 105 คน ได้แก่ 1) ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 35 คน 2) ครูที่ปรึกษาสภานักเรียน จำนวน 35 คน และ 3) ประธานคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียน จำนวน 35 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.87 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และระยะที่ 2 ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
- 1. สภาพปัจจุบันมีค่าเฉลี่ยโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนสภาพที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด และเรียงลำดับตามผลตามความต้องการจำเป็น ดังนี้ 1) การตัดสินใจ 2) การสร้างทีมงาน 3) ความรับผิดชอบ และ 4) ทักษะการสื่อสาร ตามลำดับ
2. คู่มือแนวทางพัฒนาการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของคณะกรรมการสภานักเรียนในสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษามหาสารคาม ประกอบด้วยองค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ 1) หลักการและเหตุผล 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) กระบวนการ พัฒนา 4) เนื้อหา และ 5) การวัดและประเมินผล โดยมีสรุปผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของคู่มืออยู่ในระดับมาก
