การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครู อำเภอเวียงสระ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของครู อำเภอเวียงสระ สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาและขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มประชากร ได้แก่ ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียน อำเภอเวียงสระ สังกัด สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา สุราษฎร์ธานี เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 234 คน เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
