สมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากรในสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาระดับสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร ในสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร และเพื่อทราบข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรในสำนักงานศึกษาธิการจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ และสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา ทั้ง 4 เขต จำนวน 158 คน โดยการใช้สูตรของ ทาโร ยามาเน่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ความถี่ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการเปรียบเทียบเพศ และสายงานที่ปฏิบัติงาน สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การทดสอบค่าที และ การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ระดับสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) เปรียบเทียบสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานของบุคลากร จำแนกตามเพศ กลุ่มการปฏิบัติงาน ระดับการศึกษาและสายงานที่ปฏิบัติงาน มีสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนจำแนกตามอายุการทำงาน มีสมรรถนะการปฏิบัติงานแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05 และ 3) ข้อเสนอแนะอื่น ๆ ได้แก่ ควรยกย่องและให้รางวัลผู้ที่มีงานโดดเด่น ควรสนับสนุนทุนในการค้นคว้านวัตกรรมใหม่ ๆ ควรสร้างจิตสำนึกในการบริการประชาชน ควรนำเทคโนโลยีที่ทันสมัยมาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงาน ควรจัดกิจกรรมสานสัมพันธ์สนับสนุนการทำงานเป็นทีม
