การนำนโยบายสร้างที่พักอาศัยสำหรับผู้มีรายได้น้อยู่ในประเทศไทยไปปฏิบัติ

บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความเป็นมาของการกำหนดและการนำนโยบายสร้างที่พัก อาศัยผู้มีรายได้น้อยไปปฏิบัติในประเทศไทย และรูปแบบของที่พักอาศัยผู้มีรายได้น้อยที่ผ่านมาในอดีต จนถึงปัจจุบัน ด้วยการศึกษาเอกสาร แล้วทำการวิเคราะห์ด้วยการตีความและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผล การศึกษาพบว่าการกำหนดและการนำนโยบายสร้างที่พักอาศัยผู้มีรายได้น้อยไปปฏิบัติเป็นนโยบาย สำคัญที่รัฐบาลต้องดำเนินการให้สำเร็จ ส่วนด้านความสำเร็จ ของการนำนโยบายสร้างที่พักอาศัยผู้มี รายได้น้อยไปปฏิบัติยังไม่บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์เนื่องจากปัญหาการเมืองในการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติ ปัญหาค่านิยมระบบอุปถัมภ์ของสังคมไทย
