การจัดสวัสดีิการของผู้สูงอายุในเตของค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองกุงอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์

การศึกษาเรื่องการจัดสวัสดีิการของผู้สูงอายุในเตของค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองกุงอำเภอเมืองจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการสวัสดีิการและแนวทางการจัด สวัสดีิการของผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุในเตของค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลหนองกุง อำเภอเมืองจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ จำนวน 232 คน เครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า และใช้วิธีการสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติพื้นฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
(1) ความต้องการสวัสดีิการของผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับมากด้านสุขภาพและการรักษาพยาบาล ด้านรายได้ และด้านที่พักอาศัย
(2) แนวทางการจัดสวัสดีิการคือ 1) ด้านสุขภาพและการรักษาพยาบาล ควรจัดตั้ง ศูนย์บริการสาธุารณสุขจัดให้มีการบริการให้ความรู้การประสานด้านสุขภาพการบริการด้าน กายภาพบำบัด การช่วยเหลือค่ารักษาพยาบาลและการประกันสุขภาพ 2) ด้านรายได้ ควรจัดให้มีการส่งเสริมอาชีพการจัดตั้งกองทุนส่งเสริมสวัสดีิการการจัดเบี้ยยังชีพ การบริการส่วนลดและการจัด สวัสดีิการด้านรายได้ 3) ด้านที่พักอาศัยควรจัดหาที่พักอาศัย ควรก่อสร้างบ้านและซ่อมแซมบ้าน จัดตั้ง สถานสงเคราะห์คนชราในระดับตำบล และจัดโครงการแหลงเงินนกู้ดอกเบี้ยต่ำเพื่อที่อยู่อาศัยของ ผู้สูงอายุ
