ลักษณะชุมชนที่เข้มแข็ง องค์ประกอบและปัจจัยของชุมชนที่ทำให้ชุมชนเข้มแข็ง รวมถึงกระบวนการ
สร้างชุมชนให้มีความเข้มแข็ง สามารถพึ่งพาตนเองได้องค์ประกอบสำคัญที่สุดที่ทำให้ชุมชนประสบ
ความสำเร็จในการสร้างความเข็มแข็งแก่ชุมชน ประกอบด้วย
(1) ปัจจัยภายในชุมชน ได้แก่ ผู้นำชุมชน
ประชาชนในชุมชน การบริหารจัดการชุมชนที่ดี และ
(2) ปัจจัยภายนอกชุมชน ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนจาก
หน่วยงานภายนอก การมีเครือข่ายชุมชน ดังนั้น ชุมชนจะต้องมีวิธีการบริหารจัดการหรือกี่ี่ลยุทธ์ เพื่อทำ
ให้ชุมชนมีศักยภาพ และมีความสามารถในการพัฒนาชุมชนให้ยั่งยืน
