Effect of weight training the strength of the thigh muscles of Rugby Football 7 Men Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University

This Research aims to study was to study results and compare the results of weight training the strength of the thigh muscles of Rugby Football 7 men Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University. Sample group, He is a male rugby player 7 people, Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, in good health, 19-24 years old, studied in Rajabhat Maha Sarakham University, A purposive sampling of 10 subjects was chosen for 6 weeks, 2 days a day, every Monday and Wednesday from 5 PM to 6:30 PM. Weight training program and the test record form before and after the training the statistics used in this research are mean, standard deviation, and t-value statistic.
The findings are as follows:
- The effect of thigh muscle strength of the sample group before training was found that = 147.2, S.D. = 32.6 and after training, it was found that = 159.3, S.D. = 27.9
- The results of the comparison of the strength of the thigh muscles of the sample group. Before training and after training There was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
