New Normal of Human Resource Management in Business Sector in Post - Covid 19

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered as a century decease that affected humans in many aspects, it creates many new human behaviors, therefore, the objective of this article is to investigate the New Normal of Human Resource Management in the Business Sector in Post - Covid - 19. The literature review was conducted from March 2020 to December 2020. Hundreds of articles, interviews, and few other media were summarized and classified into four categories, covid-19, new normal, human resource managementin the business sector. The final process is to write the article.
Primary findings were the covid-19 was accepted as the century decease because it spread out over 200 countries, several people infected with Covid - 19 over 80 million cases, that caused people death over 1,700,000 around the globe. Some human behaviors such as social distancing, face mash wearing, hand washing, and cleaning became to be new normal in the daily life of people. Working from home, learning online, and online business appears to be new normal in the business community. Last but not least e - human resource practices have been widely used and it might become a new normal of HRM in the business sector in post - covid - 19.
