Abstract

The research on perception behavior of political new online media of people in Maha Sarakham Province has the purpose of this study was to study the behavior of
receiving political information via online media and studying the characteristics. The demographic correlates with the interest in political news content through online
media of people in Maha Sarakham. This research was conducted by conducting quantitative research. Quantitative research was used as a tool to collect data from the
sample. This is the population of Maha Sarakham province that the researcher used to represent the population in 8 provinces of 625 people.
The research found that 64.96 percent of the respondents were politically active via online media, 85.96 percent were politically active via mobile phones (85.96
percent), followed by political news via computer tablets,66.26 percent of the peoplewere politically active via Face book/Fan page. They were satisfaction of political newsvia online media was high (X= 3.77, SD = 0.688), it was found that background factors such as sex, age, occupation and income all affect only access behavior. (Significant at
the.05 level.) People with different occupations have access to political information. The level of interest in political news content via online media was statistically
significantly different at.05 levels. Interestingly, the unemployed group had higher levels of information perception via online media than those in the occupation. Farmer
and general contractor. They tend to perception more political information via online media than others. The suggestion is should organizations to communicate with the
public by Information dissemination via online media. And should use the Face book or Face book Fan page. Government agencies should promote the installation of
Internet networks, especially the public Internet network. This will enable people to connect to the network, which will give people more access to online news.
