ปัจจัยเสี่ยงของธุรกิจขุดดินและถมดินในมุมมองผู้ประกอบการ

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเสี่ยงที่ส่งผลต่อผลการดำเนินงานทางธุรกิจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ประกอบการธุรกิจขุดดินและถมดิน จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 15 คน โดยใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์เชิงลำดับชั้น (AHP) เป็นเครื่องมือเพื่อหาลำดับความสำคัญของปัจจัย
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ประกอบการให้ความสำคัญของปัจจัยประกอบด้วย ความเสี่ยงด้านการเงินเป็นอันดับแรก โดยมีค่าถ่วงน้ำหนักเท่ากับ 0.3513 รองลงมาคือความเสี่ยงด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม มีค่าถ่วงน้ำหนักเท่ากับ 0.2888 ความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติการ ค่าถ่วงน้ำหนักเท่ากับ 0.2545 และความเสี่ยงด้านกลยุทธ์ ค่าถ่วงน้ำหนักเท่ากับ 0.1055 ตามลำดับ ส่วนปัจจัยย่อยที่ส่งผลมากที่สุดภายใต้ความเสี่ยงแต่ละด้านสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1) ความเสี่ยงด้านกลยุทธ์ คือ ความเสี่ยงจากแรงกดดันในการแข่งขัน 2) ความเสี่ยงด้านการเงิน คือ ความเสี่ยงด้านต้นทุน 3) ความเสี่ยงด้านการปฏิบัติการ คือ ความเสี่ยงด้านกฎหมายและกฎระเบียบ และ 4) ความเสี่ยงด้านสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอกและความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม คือ ความเสี่ยงด้านภัยพิบัติจากธรรมชาติและอันตรายจากภายนอก จากผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้จะเห็นได้ว่าการระบุความเสี่ยงเป็นสิ่งจำเป็น โดยควรเน้นที่การกำกับดูแลและควบคุมที่ดี บริหารเงินทุนหมุนเวียนให้มีสภาพคล่อง เตรียมพร้อมรับมือกับภัยพิบัติและความไม่มั่นคงที่อาจเกิดขึ้น รวมถึงมีแผนการให้สามารถปฏิบัติตามได้อย่างเหมาะสม
