Abstract

This research aimed 1) to study the management characteristics of the Khlong Lak Khon Organic Agricultural Community Enterprise Group, and 2) to study the success factors of the Khlong Lak Khon Organic Agricultural Community Enterprise Group in Na Mai Subdistrict, Lat Lum Kaeo District, Pathum Thani Province. The study sample consisted of 17 key informants, including group members and network partners. This was a Qualitative Research using In-depth Interviews and Focus Groups as tools. Data verification and analysis were carried out using methodological Triangulation, Content Analysis, and Descriptive presentation.

The results showed that the management characteristics of the Khlong Lak Khon Organic Agricultural Community Enterprise included an organizational structure in the form of an organic agriculture group management committee, delegation of responsibilities according to the group's administrative structure, a work approach based on mutual assistance, and monitoring and evaluation of operations. As for the key success factors, in terms of Finance, community enterprise members' incomes increased by 38.5% after joining the project. In terms of Customers, they received quality products. In terms of Internal Processes, there was an emphasis on participation, clear division of labor, and task assignment. In terms of Learning and Development, group members continuously developed themselves, benefiting the enterprise in terms of generating income for members and people in the community through operations, and promoting participation from people in the community, outside the community, and partner networks.
