The Journal of Management Sciences Review accepts full research papers and academic articles from both internal and external contributors. The journal welcomes submissions in both Thai and English. Articles published in the Journal of Management Sciences Review cover a wide range of disciplines including business administration, management, economics, finance and accounting, tourism, human resources, business computing, and other fields related to business administration.
The journal is published three times a year: January–April, May–August, and September–December. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and solely reflect the views of the authors. All submissions must undergo academic plagiarism screening (copycatch), with a similarity index not exceeding 10%.
Articles are subject to a peer-review process by at least three experts in the relevant field under a double-blinded review system. A manuscript must receive favorable evaluations from at least two reviewers. The editorial board may request authors to revise their manuscripts to meet the journal’s formatting standards and quality criteria. The editorial board reserves the right to accept or reject any manuscript for publication. A publication fee of 3,000 THB per article is required and must be paid after preliminary acceptance by the editor and prior to peer review. The fee is non-refundable regardless of the review outcome.
Research or academic articles must fall within the scope of the Journal of Management Sciences Review, encompassing fields such as business administration, management, economics, finance and accounting, tourism, human resources, business computing, and other disciplines related to business administration.
Manuscripts must be prepared using Microsoft Word (.docx format) with B5 paper size.
The entire manuscript must use the font TH SarabunPSK.
Page margins must be set at 0.5 inches on all sides.
Line spacing must be single (1.0) throughout the document.
The English title, authors’ names, affiliations, and institutions must begin with capital letters.
Full names, affiliations, and institutions of all authors must be provided in both Thai and English, including the email addresses of all authors.
A single corresponding author must be clearly identified by placing an asterisk (*) after their author number.
The abstract in both Thai and English must be 150–300 words, presenting identical content in both languages. It should concisely summarize the key points of the article and cover all major topics.
The length of each abstract should not exceed one page per language, with a maximum total of two pages.
Thai keywords (maximum of 5, separated by spaces without commas) must follow this format:คำสำคัญ: คำที่1 คำที่2 คำที่3
English keywords (corresponding to Thai keywords) must follow this format:Keyword: keyword1, keyword2, keyword3
Introduction section should include:
a. Background and significance of the research, presented as a cohesive essay with at least four citations.
b. Research objectives — clearly state the facts the researchers aim to discover.
c. Scope of the research
d. Research hypotheses (if applicable)
e. Conceptual framework
Theoretical framework — present relevant theories and literature reviews. Each source should be supported by at least two references, aligned with the research framework, and cited from credible and preferably original sources.
Research methodology — include population, sample, research instruments, data collection procedures, and data analysis methods.
Research findings — summarize the key discoveries.
Discussion — highlight and interpret significant results in relation to the objectives or hypotheses.
Recommendations — suggest practical applications of the research and directions for future studies.
New knowledge contributions — present research outcomes in the form of a model or diagram, with clear and concise explanation.
Acknowledgments (if any) — acknowledge organizations, institutions, or individuals who supported the research, including funding sources and grant numbers.
References — follow APA 7th edition format, using hanging indent of 1.00 cm. Only include sources actually cited in the manuscript. Do not list uncited references.
In-text citations and references list must correspond exactly. Every cited source must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
References retrieved from online sources must include the URL.
References must be alphabetically ordered, beginning with Thai sources (ก–ฮ) followed by English sources (A–Z).
