A STUDY OF THE PERFORMANCE EFFECTIVENESS OF PERSONNEL IN LAMPANG PROVINCIAL GENERAL EDUCATION TEACHER’S SAVING AND CREDIT COOPERATIVE LIMITED UNDER GOOD GOVERNANCE

This research aimed to study the performance effectiveness of personnel at Lampang Teacher’s Savings and Credit Cooperative Limited who had been working under the principle of good governance as well as exploring the area of good governance effecting personnel performance effectiveness. Data were collected through distributed questionnaires among 400 cooperative members selected by Accidental Sampling. The acquired data were analyzed with statistical application of Frequency, Percentage, Mean, and Standard Deviation. The set hypothesis was tested using Pearson Correlation to analyze the correlation between variables. The findings suggested that the outcomes from performance effective analysis indicated overall results were at the highest level. Majority of samples agreed that service quality was the most important item effecting performance effectiveness, followed by work quality. As for testing hypothesis, the overall results from 9 good governance principles revealed that the work delegation effect the most on performance effectiveness, next, Responsiveness, Responsibilities, Transparency, Participation, Effectiveness, Efficiency and Equality, respectively.
