A Study of States and Problems of Teachers' Participation in Learning Resource Administration of Educational Institution Administrators under Suphanburi Primary Educational Service Area office 2

Abstract

             The purposes of this research were to study the state and problems of teachers' participation in learning resource administration  of educational institution administrators, and to compare the state and problems of teachers' participation in learning resource administration  of educational institution administrators according to gender, age, education level, teaching experience and  size of educational institutes. Samples were 285 of the teachers in Suphanburi Primary  Educational Service Area office 2. A sample was selected from stratified random sample selection. The instrument used to collect data was 5 level rating scale questionnaire. Data was analyzed by percentage, means, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and the LSD method of testing for the difference of mean by pairs.

             The results of the research were as follows: 1) the participation of teachers in the management of learning resources of the school administrators. Overall is at a high level. The area where teachers are most engaged is the implementation of learning resources. The lowest teachers participated was supervision and monitoring of the use of learning resources. Regarding the problem of participation of teachers in the management of learning resources of the school administrators. In general, there was a low level of teacher participation. The most problematic aspect is learning resource planning. The least problematic aspect was monitoring of the use of learning resources. 2) Teachers with more than 10 years of teaching experience are involved in the management of learning resources of the school administrators. At the .05 level, female teachers had a higher problem of involvement of teachers in learning resource management than male female teachers in terms of the implementation of the use of learning resources and the cleaning aspects of the use of learning resources and the teachers that practice Jobs in large educational establishments have a higher level of involvement in the management of learning resources than teachers who have interned in small schools in large educational planning have participation problems.
