สมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรในองค์การ กรณีศึกษาบริษัทผู้ผลิตกล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ XYZ

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกำหนดสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรในองค์การกรณีศึกษาบริษัทผู้ผลิตกล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ XYZ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และการสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักคือ ผู้บริหารระดับสูงในระดับผู้กำหนดนโยบาย แผนกลยุทธ์ขององค์การ และการบริหารจัดการองค์การ จำนวน 5 ท่าน กำหนดการวิจัยออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ประกอบ ด้วยระยะที่ 1 การกำหนดสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากร เพื่อให้ทราบถึงความต้องการในสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรบริษัทผู้ผลิตกล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ XYZ จากผู้บริหาร และระยะที่ 2 การตรวจสอบและยืนยันสมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากร เพื่อกำหนดสมรรถนะหลักและระดับพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกตามแต่ละระดับตำแหน่งงาน โดยใช้แบบตรวจสอบรายการสมรรถนะหลัก ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะหลักของบุคลากรในองค์การบริษัทผู้ผลิตกล่องบรรจุภัณฑ์ XYZ ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะหลัก 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ความรับผิดชอบ 2) การทำงานเป็นทีม 3) ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ 4) การสื่อสาร และ 5) การมีคุณธรรม จริยธรรม เพื่อกำหนดแนวทางให้บุคลากรในองค์การมีรูปแบบการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจนทั้งในรายละเอียดงานและเป้าหมายที่จะเกิดขึ้น โดยใช้ระบบสมรรถนะหลักเป็นพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาระบบการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลภายในองค์การ ส่งผลให้เกิดความสามารถ และความได้เปรียบทางการในการแข่งขันภายใต้สภาวะเศรษฐกิจที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว
