Spiral of Silence Theory in Thai General Election Year 2019

Abstract
The objective is to study the interaction effect of online media exposure and fear of conflict. With a willingness to vote political parties during the last 2 weeks before the day of Thai elections in 2019
The researcher used randomized design using 319 volunteers by questionnaires online. The data were analyzed by using with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics to test the hypothesis by Pearson's correlation analysis and analysis of covariance.
The results show that the media exposure and the psychological variables are related to the willingness to vote for the intended political party, except incongruency with majority opinion variable. The interaction effect testing to various variables in the spiral theory of silence, it is also found that the frequency of online media exposure and fear of confrontation with conflict Interact with the willingness to vote for political parties. The incongruency with majority opinion variable and fear of conflict confrontation interact with the willingness to vote for political parties. While it is not found interaction effect with fear of isolation.
