การศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้คณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ (A study for Development on Knowledge Management Model for Faculty of Humanities Chiang Mai University)

Abstract

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันของการดำเนินงาน และพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการความรู้ของคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเชียงใหม่ การศึกษาใช้แนวทางการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ วิธีการวิจัยใช้การวิเคราะห์เอกสาร การสังเกตแบบมีส่วนร่วม และสัมภาษณ์ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และเจ้าหน้าที่ของคณะ และนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์ สังเคราะห์ จัดกลุ่มตามกระบวนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผลวิจัยพบว่าคณะมนุษยศาสตร์ได้ให้ความสำคัญกับการจัดการความรู้ โดยการปฏิบัติงานประจำจะมีกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ร่วมด้วย โดยกระบวนการจัดการความรู้ที่เด่นชัดคือการสร้างความรู้ การถ่ายทอดและการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ในขณะที่การจัดเก็บความรู้ยังไม่เป็นไปในลักษณะบูรณาการ ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดการความรู้คือ นโยบายของผู้บริหาร คณะกรรมการจัดการความรู้ วัฒนธรรมองค์กร และงบประมาณThe purposes of this research were to investigate the current situation of working process, knowledge management (KM) and factor that affect in Faculty of Humanities Chiang Mai University. Qualitative approach was used for this research and the methods were analyzing documents, observation and interviews. Key informants include management staffs, lecturers and administrative officials. The data were analyzed by synthesis of qualitative research method. In summary, the results show the faculty focused on KM and KM is part of the routine work process. This research found two distinct knowledge management process is creating and sharing/transfer process as well while knowledge retrieve collection is not integrated to part of KM process at this moment. Factors affecting the knowledge management are university and faculties policy, board of knowledge management, organization culture and budgeting.
