Abstract
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the level of teacher employees under the Jurisdiction of Municipality in the three southern border provinces, 2) compare the teacher employees perception on organizational culture under the Jurisdiction of Municipality in the three southern border provinces classified by position, educational qualification, and work experience, and 3) collect the operational activities to enhance the organizational culture of the teacher employees under the Jurisdiction of Municipality in the three southern border provinces. The Rating Scale questionnaire was used which its reliability was .986 and the open-ended questions were used to collect the operational activities to enhance the organizational culture of the teacher employees under the Jurisdiction of Municipality in the three southern border provinces. The statistics were ,ppercentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test.
The research results revealed as follows: 1)The teacher employees under the Jurisdiction of Municipality in the three southern border provinces perceived the organizational culture in overall images at the high level. When considering in each aspect, it was found that the teachers under the Jurisdiction of Municipality in the three southern border provinces perceived the organizational culture at the high level in every aspect. 2) The employees teachers under the Jurisdiction of Municipality in the three southern border provinces who had difference in position and work experience would perceive the organizational culture as overall image not differently. 3) The operational activities to enhance the organizational culture included administration and work delegation, participation activity in curriculum development, and at national, regional, and local level students activity competition.
