การรับรู้และความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาโรงเรียนดีประจ‚ำต‚ำบลในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ (Perception and Satisfaction of the Participants on Development Model for Sub-District Good Schools in the Three Southern Border Provinces)

Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการรับรู้และความพึงพอใจของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องที่มีต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำแนกตาม สถานภาพ อายุ และวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับโรงเรียนดีประจำ ตำบล ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 192 คน ซึ่งเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วน ประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) ตามแนวคิดของลิเคิร์ท ค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .945 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าความถี่ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่า F-test และเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณโดยวิธีการ LSD ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้

1) ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องมีการรับรู้ต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลในสามจังหวัด ชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

2) ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก

3) ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องที่มีสถานภาพต่างกันมีการรับรู้ต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล ในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 แต่ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องที่มีอายุและวุฒิภาวะต่างกันมีการรับรู้ต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

4) ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องที่มีสถานภาพและอายุต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อรปู แบบการพัฒนาโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ .05 ตามลำดับ แต่ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการพัฒนาโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบลในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ โดยภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน

The purpose of this research was to study and compare the perception and satisfaction of the participants on development model for good sub-district school in the three southern border provinces classified by status, age, and maturity. The sample group was 192 participants of the sub-district good schools in the three southern border provinces. The instruments used for this research was questionnaire by Likert’s Rating Scale concept. The reliability of the overall inventories was equal to .945. The data was analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test and multiple comparisons by LSD method. The research result could be concluded as follows:

1) The participants had perception on the development model of sub-district good schools in the southern border provinces as overall image at a high level.

2) The participants had satisfaction on the development model of sub-district good schools in the southern border provinces as overall image at a high level.

3) According to the participants who had different status, there was the difference as overall image by statistic significance at .01 level on the perception of the development model for sub-district good schools in the southern border provinces. However for the participants who had different age and maturity, there was no difference as overall image on the perception of the development model for sub-district good schools in the southern border provinces.

4) According to the participants who had different status and age, there was the difference as overall image on the development model for sub-district good schools in the southern border provinces by statistic significance at .01 and .05 level, respectively. However, the participants who had different maturity had no difference as overall image on the satisfaction of development model for the sub-district good schools in the southern border provinces.
