สภาพและเงื่อนไขความเชื่อมแน่นทางสังคมระหว่างนักศึกษาระดับอุดมศึกษาในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพและเงื่อนไขที่ทำให้เกิดความเชื่อมแน่นทางสังคมระหว่างนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยสงขลานครินทร์ วิทยาเขตปัตตานี ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักได้แก่ นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 2-4 จำนวน 15 คน บุคลากร ผู้บริหารฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาจำนวน 9 คน และอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาชั้นปีจำนวน 3 คน รวม 27 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เจาะลึกโดยแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเทียบเคียงกับแนวคิดทฤษฎี ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพความเชื่อมแน่นทางสังคมระหว่างนักศึกษาเป็นลักษณะที่สมาชิกของมหาวิทยาลัยมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมระหว่างกันในระดับที่ยึดเหนี่ยวเกาะเกี่ยวกันได้ในบริบทต่าง ๆ เงื่อนไขที่ทำให้เกิดความเชื่อมแน่นทางสังคมมีสามระดับคือ ระดับปัจเจกบุคคล มาจากแรงจูงใจในการเป็นสมาชิก การรับรู้ความเชื่อมแน่น และการมีส่วนร่วม ระดับชุมชน มาจากค่านิยมที่ยึดถือร่วมกันและทุนทางสังคม และระดับสถาบันเกิดจากบทบาทของสถาบัน ผลการวิจัยนำไปสู่ข้อเสนอสองระดับคือ ระดับนโยบาย ผู้บริหารควรตระหนักและกำหนดนโยบายเชิงรุกต่อการสร้างสังคมแห่งความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม ระดับปฏิบัติ จัดกิจกรรมเสริมหลักสูตรในทุกระดับบนพื้นฐานการจัดการความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรมโดยมุ่งเน้นการปฏิสัมพันธ์ระหว่างนักศึกษาต่างวัฒนธรรม คณาจารย์และฝ่ายกิจการนักศึกษาควรเพิ่มทักษะการจัดการความหลากหลายและการสื่อสารทางวัฒนธรรม ผู้นำนักศึกษาควรเพิ่มภาวะผู้นำด้านวัฒนธรรมเพื่อเป็นแบบอย่างการอยู่ร่วมกันบนความหลากหลาย
