การพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นเกี่ยวกับพื้นที่ชุ่มน้ำ สำหรับโรงเรียนในเขตพื้นที่ชุ่มน้ำ อำเภอวารินชำราบ จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี (The Development of Local Curriculum on Wetland Area for Schools surrounding Wetland in Warin Chamrab District Area, Ubon Ratchatani Prov)

Abstract

The purposes of this research were (1) to study the trend of development Local Curriculum on Wetland Area and (2) to develop a local curriculum on Wetland Area for Prathom Suksa students Surrounding Warin Chamrab District’s Wetland Area, Ubon Ratchathani Province by Participant Action Research. The research procedure was divided into four steps : 1) Preliminary Study; 2) Curriculum Development; 3) Study tour for Curriculum Development and 4) Curriculum’s Quality Evaluation.The main research findings include two points. First, for the trend of development Local Curriculum on Wetland Area, the target groups need the “Wisdom Teacher” in the communities to participate in the teaching process, because they want the real participation of the communities. Second found that in the process of the development of a local curriculum, the participatory of the stakeholders more important and necessary to make the curriculum accepting and implementation. The result of the curriculum evaluation by the experts was that the curriculum has components which are appropriate and relate to local community conditions and that it had a high level of quality and was suitable for implementation. The experts considered that the local curriculum is highly beneficial for curriculum implementation on natural resources and environmental conservation. From the results of the research, it can therefore be concluded that the local curriculum harmonious with the local curriculum approach of the Academic Department, Ministry of Education and has high quality and is suitable for implementation in the schools surrounding the Warinchamrab District’s Wetland Area. It can also be applied to other local communities in accordance with local conditions.
