SUGGESTIONS FOR WEIGHTING BUDGET ALLOCATION TO PROMOTE NON-FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATION IN PHRANAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PROVINCE

Objectives of this research were to suggest budget allocation by weighting each element to promote non-education from the Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya province. This research was mixed method that consisted of 1. Survey Research, the questionnaire was used to collect data from 16 respondents who were directors of Office of the Non-Formal and Informal Education District for this study. 2. Focus Group Discussion was employed for this step, the first draft for this suggestion was reconsidered by 3 experts that involved in non-education, informal education, economic fields as well as the officer in charge of budget allocation from the Ministry of Education.
The findings revealed that the guidelines to improve budget allocation to promote non-formal education should be weighted on the principle of management 28.75 percent, of principles of budgeting, 28.33 percent, of principles of management, 23.75 percent, principles of non-formal education. and 19.17 percent of principles of promotion of Non-Formal, Informal Educational Act B.E.2551 from the National Education Policy, National Education Plan and the national economic and social development plan respectively.
