Abstract

This paper was focused on presentation and description the data of amulets as a common perception in using of symbols of holy beliefs and religions. The content’s description was based on data analysis and interpretation of how concepts were defined in terms of the origin and meaning of amulets according to the cultures and mainstream values that appeared in Thai society and presented the conveying through the ideologies each period which defined by the based social to make a change, move and flow in the beliefs and religions and showed the complexity hidden information appearing in the amulets interestingly.
