Satisfaction of the Elderly in Using the Service of the Old Age Living Allowance, Chaophrayasurasak City Municipality, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province

Abstract
The objectives of this quantitative research were: 1) to study the level of satisfaction of the elderly in using the elderly living allowance’s service at Chaophrayasurasak City Municipality, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province 2) To compare the satisfaction of using the elderly living allowance services of Chaophrayasurasak City Municipality, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province, classified by gender, age, occupation, income, status, and education. There were 376 elderly samples. The tools used in the collection were questionnaires. Statistics used to analyze the data were using frequency distributions, percentage values, mean values and standard deviations. t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA).
The results of the study showed that the overall level of satisfaction in the use of the old age living allowance service of Chaophrayasurasak City Municipality, Sriracha District, Chonburi Province is at the highest level. If considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect that the elderly were most satisfied with was the aspect of equal service ( = 4.64), followed by timely service (
= 4.57), progressive service (
= 4.47), continuous service (
= 4.46), and adequate service (
= 4.39) respectively, when comparing the satisfaction of the elderly with the service, it was found that gender, occupation, income, educational status were significantly different at the 0.05 level.
