The Development of Sales Communication for the Personnel in Tunkatang Best Center Co., Ltd., by Buddhist Peaceful Means

Abstract
These are the main purposes of this research article; 1) to study and analyze problems, contexts, necessities, and theoretical concepts of communication development for sales according to modern science; 2) to study and analyze Buddhist peaceful methods conducive to the development of sales communication among personnel.; 3) to develop and present communications for sales of personnel of Tunkatang Best Center Co., Ltd., by Buddhist peace means, this is a research and development (R&D) following the framework of the nine stages ladder research method was applied to this research. The research population consisted of 15 participants in the development training group, 25 interviewees in the interview group, and 10 experts in the development process certification group, totaling 50. Research tools are Interview forms, analyzed by content analysis techniques and triangular analysis to consider the consistency of the contents, interview topics, and macing with research objectives.
The research results were found that: 1. Problems of sales communication of Tunkatang Best Center Co., Ltd., are 1) Personnel still lack techniques and methods of communicating appropriately with customers; 2) Personnel lack professional sales techniques; 3) Personnel lack customer analysis and good service; 4) Personnel does not have a way to communicate for sales according to Buddhist peace means, however, it is necessary to develop sales communication for personnel due to social change problems and this will based on the theoretical concepts of sales communication, and Buddhist peace means to support the development; 2. The principles of Buddhist peaceful means that facilitate the development process of communication for sales of personnel of Tunkatang Best Center Co., Ltd., by Buddhist peaceful means was found that the Four Bases of Social Solidarity (Saṅgaha-vatthu) is a principle of Buddhist peaceful means in support of sales, as follows; 1) Sharing Information (Dāna); 2) Peace Communication (Piyavājā); 3) Charitable of Service (Atthacariyā); 4) Being a good role model (Samānattatā) in according with the principle of noble friends as the main support for more complete sales communications; 3. The development of communications for sales of personnel of Tunkatang Best Center Co., Ltd., by Buddhist peace means that aims to develop two integrated dimensions, consisting of 1) worldly dimension, which includes (1) Seller, (2) Sales Information, (3) Sales channels and methods, (4) Customers purchases, (5) peace and dimensions of the Buddhist peaceful means, which include 1) Sharing, 2) Peace Communication, 3) Welfare services, 4) Setting oneself as a role model, 5) Coordinating network relations. The SCSIPT Development Model is presented, which consists of: 1) S refers to Salesperson Development; 2) C refers to Communication Development; 3) S refers to Service Development; 4) I refers to Inner Peace Development; 5) P refers to Peaceful Means Development; and 6) T refers to Team Work Development.
