The Process of Developing Communication Among Personnel by Buddhist Peaceful Means

Abstract
These are the three main purposes of this research: (1) to study and analyze the context, problem conditions, needs, necessities, concepts, theories, and communication development processes of personnel according to modern science; (2) To study and analyze the Buddhist Peaceful Means that contribute to the development process of personnel communication by Buddhist peaceful means; and (3) To develop and propose the communication development process of personnel of Global 205 (Thailand) Company Limited by Buddhist Peaceful Means. This study was conducted using research and development methods according to the framework of the Noble Truth Model following the guidelines of the 9-step. All key informants were 25 photographs/persons, including academics 5 photographs/persons, community leaders, religious leaders and personnel 20 photographs/person religious leaders, and farmers. The obtained data were analyzed using the descriptive method.
The research results found that: 1. The communication problems of personnel at Global 205 Company (Thailand) Co., Ltd. were identified as problems with knowledge, skills, techniques, services, and methods of communication, as well as a lack of development of communication skills, peaceful means of communication, and coordination among personnel. 2. The principles of Buddhist peaceful means that facilitate the development of personnel communication by Buddhist peaceful means were identified as the seven principles of Aparihāniyadhamma (the seven conditions that lead to no decline), which include: (1) meeting often and having a safe space to exchange ideas., (2) attending the meeting and dissolving the meeting simultaneously cause unity within the organization, (3) must not prescribe or abolish the statutes and regulations of the organization, (4) obey the supervisor and perform duties in order to achieve the objectives of the organization., (5) honor and protect women's rights and provide opportunities for women to participate and manage within the organization, (6) promoting and preserving the good culture and traditions of the organization, and (7) protecting the values and sacred that everyone respects in the organization. 3. The Process of Developing Personnel Communication by Buddhist Peaceful Means aims to develop personnel with an "open mind to learn, develop, and think positively; peaceful communication; teamwork; inner peace; Buddhist peace; and positive communication" according to the BANGYIM Model as follow: B=Beautiful and appropriate communication, A=Advice for developing communication skills, N=Knowledge for developing communication knowledge, G=Good service for good communication, Y=Yes, I can do it for personnel who are good communicators and listen to information, I=Inner peace for peaceful communication, M=Mindfulness for being mindful in communicating for up-level to a peaceful organization.
